Hello everybody! Wow, it's been a long while I don't post here, but instead of writing a bunch about what has happened in my life since my last post I will spare you the long boring read and go straight to the real reason we are all here: the FREEBIE! Oh yeah!
Just click the button bellow the preview, link will open in another window, cheers and Happy New Year!
As you may have noticed from my Gallery, my major scrapbook project so far has been our Disney World Vacation 2013...yes, I am a super slow scrapper, I admit it :P
As I was scrapping my way through all of the Character-Meet-And-Greets, I felt I just did not have nice enough kits for the characters at the Storybook Circus (at Magic Kingdom). So...what was I to do? Well...make my own kits of course! And also, why not share the results here with all of you?
First on the list is Goofy... ahem, I mean: The Great Goofini (Gawrsh!).
For inspiration, I used the following pictures provided with our PhotoPass CD (now called Memory Maker).
I numbered the details that grabbed my attention:
Hello everybody! It's been a while I know, I have been working through some stuff, I have more issues than a weekly magazine LOL!
Anyways, I am still hurting a little bit from my broken heart, but nothing better than getting to do some scrapbooking to lift up the spirits...and what is better than scrapbooking you may ask? Designing FREE Scrapbook Kits of course!(commonly and lovingly known as freebies ;) ....so....let's wrap up the boring reading part and go to this month's delicious Blog Train by Pixel Scrapper...ta-daaaaaa!
Hello everybody, I just wanted to say a big Thank You for all the feedback and all around lovely comments on my first Freebie. Even though I can't reply to each comment individually - I just can't figure out how to do this on Weebly :P - I read all your comments, and know that I really appreciate all the tips and, for those who left links:
I visited each one of your websites, thank you for sharing :)
Also, I decided that from now on I will always post the credits for the resources I used in said kit and freebies, and not only on the TOU files that go with the downloads, I think you all agree on how generous these resource designers are in sharing their talent with all of us <3
So, I hope you like these free fox overlays, I made them using clipart from Openclipart.org to create the papers for the PixelScraper March Blog Train Kit, enjoy!
Thanks for visiting :)
Also, please consider donating:
I am so excited, this my first scrapbook kit ever! :)
So happy with the results, it was so much fun to design it. Annnnd, this kit is also my first contribution to a blog train, a Pixel Scrapper Blog Train no less. Pixel Scrapper is such a brilliant community of digiscrap designers and users, loaded with forums, freebies and learning tools. Everybody is friendly and helpful, not to mention a smart and simple community/download points system and a super affordable subscription, you can also support Pixel Scrapper by donating any amount you want and you get download points as a gift, you can read all about it here.
Well, let's get to this Freebie shall we? The theme for this month is Animal Kingdom, I chose the fox because it is my older daughter's favorite animal :) I was going to do a vintage version as well, unfortunately I ended up running late with some other projects, but I will definitely go back to that idea, so keep an eye on my blog for when that freebie comes up. Just click the button bellow the preview to download this kit.
I hope you all like this freebie, have fun using it. I would appreciate your feedback if you feel like it :)
Also, I would love to see what you do with this kit, post a link back to your work in your comments, cheers!
UPDATE: I forgot to post the link for the full list for this Blog Train, go HERE to check it out, and don't forget to leave some love for the designers :)
